The proposed guesthouse in on the second floor of a two storey stone building. It can accommodate 12 guests: 4 guests in a 3 bedded room, with single beds. The bathroom and toilet are on the first floor. A second bathroom/toilet is being built.One guest’s one night stay in a 3 bedded room without breakfast AMD 4000; with breakfast AMD 5500; two meals a day AMD 7000; 3 meals a day AMD 9000. Complimentary tea and coffee will be offered for a night without breakfast. A one night stay by 3 guests in a 3 bedded room without breakfast AMD 10000; with breakfast AMD 14000; 2 meals a day AMD 19000; 3 meals a day AMD 24000.
